Church fundraising

Churches who fundraise are hugely important to us, and so we have put together some great ideas of things that you could get involved in.

You may be planning your Harvest Festival, if so, you'll be pleased to know that we have a fantastic new 'Harvest of Hope' pack now available. And if you want to get children invovled in your church, you may also be interested in our Build an African Farmyard art display project for your children's area.

Many groups enjoy using the Send a Cow Gift Shop to set a target – a Sunday school might aim for a goat (loads of kids, £55), while a church could aim for a cow (A lotta bottle, £750) or even a whole farmyard (Something Special, £2,000). Once you’ve set your target, you can make use of our fundraising ideas and resources.

You can also book a speaker for your group or service. Send a Cow Speakers are volunteers who are passionate about our work. They can tell you more about how we work, who we work with and how you can help. Many of them have visited our projects and all of them will bring our work to life.
