DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (3-6 month temporary contract)

£18k p.a. (pro rata)

Based in Bath

At an exciting time of growth for Send a Cow, an opportunity has arisen for an ideas-driven and creative individual to join its busy Communications team and provide vital support to our Digital Marketing Manager on a temporary basis as we prepare to deliver a number of new projects.

With an in-depth knowledge of running online campaigns, working across multiple channels and increasing the traffic we drive through social, you will also have an eye for detail, excellent image, photo and video editing skills and an innate sense of what makes a story.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the organisation’s day to day digital activities, whilst being on hand to support the development of a new website and implementation of a fully integrated fundraising appeal.

Send a Cow’s mission is to give communities and families the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land. In this digital role you will be responsible for raising the profile of Send a Cow as a leading and respected rural development charity.

For 25 years Send a Cow has been helping thousands of African families and orphans grow enough food to eat, sell their produce and develop small businesses that last. Providing livestock, seeds, training and ongoing support, we help families leave poverty behind for good.

Our vision is to see a confident and thriving rural Africa, by giving communities and families the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land. We are now entering an exciting period of growth. We have agreed a new investment plan with the board of trustees, which seeks to drive up income so that we can reach more families.

Consequently, there is now a need to strengthen our Supporter Care journey. Our aim is to maximise public fundraising income by providing excellent, efficient and personal service to all our supporters and contacts. We are therefore seeking a Supporter Care Assistant to deliver sector leading customer service by building relationships and being passionate about what we do.

Claire our Supporter Care Manager will support you to grow and develop your relationship building skills to a new level while making a vital difference to the millions of people we support. You will really enjoy:

• working in a team,

• talking to people,

• organising, processing and maintaining databases.
